I had been to Italy a couple of years ago, I visited Positano, and it was beautiful. Still, when I was there, the season was about to start, so I couldn’t enjoy the blooms and the weather as much, definately on my bucket list to visit in the summer.
Today I will share my expertise visiting Padua. This was my first time visiting the North of Italy, and I loved it. I don’t think any blog post or a video can show you and make you feel like I did when I visited, but I will give you an idea. Padova is a beautiful city; some people call it a small town, but it doesn’t look small to me.
I accidentally deleted some images, but I wanted to share the architecture. The food was amazing everywhere we went. If you want to see the video I created, it is on Instagram Reels here.
Below are some of the images from Padova.
Interesting facts about Padua:
- Padua has one of the oldest Universities in Europe – The University of Padua was founded in 1222.
- Padua is on the river Bacchiglione.
- Visit the 1200s Saint Anthony of Padua Church
- Visit the Prato della Valle
- Enjoy the food
- Shop at Paduaโs 800-year-old market
- Explore Paduaโs Botanical Gardens
- Visit the Piazza dei Signori and Palazzo della Ragione
I visit a couple of places on the same trip, and I will post them soon. It was long overdue to create the posts, but sometimes life is calling, and you have to do what is a priority. I love blogging, so I need to learn how to manage everything (as a wife and a mom of three with businesses). Not complaining; just speaking out loud :). Thank you for reading my blog, and have a nice day!
