Hello beauties, today I will share with you my November favorites. I will start doing a series of posts for the things I’ve tried and loved. The posts may be every month or every other month. I really want to create “current favorites” posts when I have something to share. It can be anything from makeup, hair care, books, gadgets and so on.
Here are the November favorites
1. FARMACY Farmacy Green Clean Makeup Meltaway Cleansing Balm
2. Kristin Ess The One Signature Shampoo – 10oz
3. Kristin Ess The One Signature Conditioner – 10oz
4. Tarte Double Duty Beauty Shape Tape Contour Concealer (FAIR)
5. Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara • Too Faced
6. Rimmel Stay Matte Lip Liquid – 0.21 oz • Rimmel (Pink Blink 200)
7. L’Oreal Paris Colour Riche Collection Exclusive Lip Color • L’Oreal (Julianne’s Nude 620)
8. Kiehl’s Since 1851 Women’s Ultra Facial Cream SPF30 50ml • Kiehl’s
9. Paris in Boom Book
Now I will tell you what I love about each product listed above:
The shampoo and the conditioner are from Target and are affordable. I do care what I use for my hair and trying different brands on a budget is what I love. Just because something is not overpriced it doesn’t mean that it is not good. I love the smell and the way my hair feels after each wash.
The Tarte Shape Tape (fair) is current favorite concealer, yes it is worth the price tag. I know that many beauty bloggers love it and I decided to give it a try and I wasn’t disappointed at all.
The Too Faced mascara is hands down my favorite for the past 2 years. You may wonder why it is included in my November favorites post? Well, I just want to let you know that I’m still using it.
If you are looking for a long wear matte lipstick the Rimmel London Stay Matte (pink blink 200) is the way to go. You can drink your coffee, eat and the lip color will still be on your lips.
If you are looking for a lip color that is not matte and a great shade for everyday use the L’Oreal Collection by Julianne ( Julianne’s 620) is great. It’s creamy and has a great sense.
I’ve been looking for a great face cream with SPF for a very long time and finally gave Kiehl’s a try. I have a normal to dry skin and have been using it for a while and have no issues whatsoever. I suggest you get the smaller size first and if you like it then purchase the bigger jar.
Last but not least is the Paris in Bloom book. I love Paris and always wanted to find a beautiful book with images to remind me of this amazing place. I accidentally found this one and so in love with the images and everything, also it’s a great gift idea for everyone.
Some of you may be wondering why I don’t post as often and the answer is I have many things on my plate right now but soon I will start posting more often. As you know in a couple of weeks we are expecting a baby and also I have some other things that are a priority (exams).
I never mentioned why I changed the name of the blog (if you noticed). It’s been a while since I wanted to change “Cecil Fashion” to “Glam Moments” because I felt the first one was not really me and also I’m not a fan of the word fashion in the blog name because it limits my posts in a way. Glam Moments gives me more freedom for glam posts.
